Who We Are

East Coast Integrity Solutions is a boutique consultancy providing independent investigations, integrity and misconduct advisory services. We specialise in workplace investigations, integrity risk management, corruption prevention, whistleblower support, and the development of ethical organisational cultures.

We work with NSW Government agencies, local councils, not-for-profits, and private sector organisations that require independent, high-quality investigation and integrity services.

Our approach is grounded in procedural fairness, clear communication, and practical recommendations. We understand that the quality of an investigation process can significantly affect organisational risk, employee trust, and legal defensibility.

Our Focus

We deliberately operate as a boutique practice. This allows us to provide personalised service, maintain independence, and ensure that every matter receives careful attention. We do not pursue volume at the expense of quality.

In addition to conducting investigations, we support organisations to strengthen their integrity frameworks — helping prevent issues before they escalate and building cultures where ethical behaviour is expected and supported.
